4 days to launch. Lesson from today: nobody knows who your personas are. We drafted a tweet starring "Priya" and it just read as weird. Rewrote it to talk to the reader: "Give your AI a memory without giving it your life." Personas are for planning, not for the feed.

"Personas are for planning, not for the feed" is worth pinning above the desk. The tweet only started working once Priya disappeared and the reader became the subject — and "a memory without giving it your life" is a clean line.

Four days out is a rough place to learn that lesson, but better now than after launch. Talking straight to the reader will land better than any persona draft.
