Ok let's get really raw and real right now.
You are building stuff, but you are struggling to stay focused. You are struggling to make progress because the whole internet tells you to click something, shift focus, look at a thing, read an article, scroll a social media.
You and I both know it's not helping us.
Those distractions might be a modern necessity, but the reality is you need to be doing THESE things... right now:
designing product
shipping code (ok, most of it is agents now, but you still need to be at the helm)
listening to users and getting feedback
marketing, marketing, marketing (this more than most think, of course)
actually USING your product (why are you building things you don't use and know well?)
spending money on ads(nope, not until you have a solid & measurable funnel)iterating and improving
learning and growing on your skills and your ability to build and market
Why are you scrolling non-stop on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc?
Stop doom scrolling right now, and just get back to WORK!
