Day 16 building Faqada in public: froze new builds, mapped the whole base to the pitch, and expanded the pilot disk 30 to 60GB so sync lives again. faqada.com
Freezing new builds until the base maps to the pitch is the step that's easy to skip, because one more feature always feels like progress. Checking that what's already there matches what the pitch promises is the better order before selling. Good to see sync running again after the disk resize.
