Facing a tough founder decision lately...
I've put so much work into RankQuest, but it's not going where I'd hoped.
Now I'm torn between pivoting it in a new direction or letting go and starting fresh.
Have you ever faced this? How did you decide when to move on?
What helped me was asking which part still works. If the core has any pull left, a pivot keeps it — starting fresh throws away the lessons along with the code.
