Swift concurrency checking can pass while a cancellation handoff still loses a request.
I wrote up the Nuke and Kingfisher cases, matched repairs, and the limits of the evidence.

Faqada Super Agent — product demo
I built Faqada to do the daily work most businesses never get to.
Watch one real task run end to end — follow-ups found, replies drafted in my voice, everything held at my approval gate before anything sends. Then the full system: Genome, Brain, Foundry, Command,…

Question
How do you overcome the fear of launching/"just do it"?
I personally stop using stuff that don't work as they should, and I guess that's my fear when launching a new product. I had an app ready for a month now, but still want to make sure others don't have a bad experience

Did 5 Quick reviews here yesterday. The same fix came up in 3 of them: the page explains how it works before it shows one real thing it did. A shipped project, a real export, one real decision. One real example near the top beats any feature table.

Build update on Pact. Still a weekend prototype, built for the GSD hackathon. The most useful thing since has been the discipline around it: every next step the agent proposes waits for a yes before anything moves. That idea is the product. withpact.vercel.app

In Lumnya, refunds, customer emails and return decisions never run on their own: not at any autonomy level, not even on autopilot. The agents prepare them and the owner says yes. Everything else runs inside limits the owner sets, and every action is logged.
